It is often said that it takes 7 years to build a business. This not because building businesses require 7 years, but because it takes individuals 7 years to simply learn how to do so. Quantum Advantage shortcuts this process by constantly challenging assumptions.
When I first began coaching with Philip, I had certain assumptions about how my business operated, and how it should operate in the future. Philip however constantly challenged these assumptions, asking me the hard questions I was unable to ask myself. Philip made be re-evaluate every aspect of my business, and through this process helped me innovate on my existing systems and services to create a much improved service.
While working with Philip in many respects will accelerate your learning process, and shortcut the time it takes you to build your business, this does not mean it will be easy! As the single business owner, it is difficult to constantly push the line, and innovate, improve, and grow.
Phil helps you push that line constantly - and this require lots of hard work! Since beginning working with Phil, I have expanded into new areas, which I thought would take longer, I have laid in place a plan to expand Sydney wide, implemented improved processes and systems, and have started objectively tracking elements of my business and constantly iterating in response.
All of this would have taken considerably longer without Phil's help!

I recently commenced a New Directions Coaching program with Quantum Advantage to help assist me decide and define what direction I should take next.
Initially going into these sessions seemed a little daunting, however because of Philip’s professionalism and caring nature as well as his expertise, he gently lead me into a focused, determined and positive frame of mind, where I can now see clearly what avenue I will concentrate on and not waiver. Philip Scott was engaged by Actevate Workplace Health Systems to help our company develop a business plan encompassing a SWOT analysis and granular study of our various business units. Philip spent a considerable amount of time collaborating with our staff and in doing so giving them an opportunity to have a voice in the shaping of our business goals and future direction. As a result of this our staff have been aligned with the vision of the business and we have seen a dramatic improvement in the efficacy of their work, tangibility to business goals and most importantly business efficiency. I have been working with Anne Scott of Quantum Advantage for the past 6 months. I initially started the coaching sessions to set some business goals however because for me the two are inextricably linked, I have also worked on personal goals.
During our time Anne has helped me find my own answers to the things that are currently holding me back and she has also helped me to see clearly the things that I already have achieved. We have worked on some goals that I would like to achieve in the short and longer terms and chunked them down to establish what I need to do to get there.
Normally after a session I come away with much more clarity and Anne always follows up with session notes that I refer to for my “to do list”. This really helps to keep me on track and focused. I always come away feeling positive.
The big change however does not come so much from the action list I have, but the subtle changes to my thinking and perception of things. Although we have not spoken specifically about these things, through our discussion and Anne’s thoughtful questioning I have experienced a shift in my thinking on some issues. I believe it is this aspect of the coaching that will really help me now and in the future.
After a relatively short time I am finding that I trust my own judgment more which is speeding up my decision making process. This is having and will continue to have a big impact on the success of my business goals and performance.
I have no hesitation in recommending Anne Scott and Quantum Advantage to any Business Person that wants to achieve something different but is struggling to do it on their own.
